34 man squad named ahead of Ireland’s 6 Nations clash with France

The Ireland Coaching Group have named a 34 man squad to prepare for the 2017 RBS 6 Nations Championship Round 3 fixture against France at the Aviva Stadium.

Luke McGrath, Niall Scannell, Quinn Roux and Dan Leavy put themselves in contention to secure a second Irish cap while Munster’s Andrew Conway is the only uncapped player among the 34.

With a few days to go yet before the Irish team is named proper.
