Over 40 and still togging out? Carlow Gaa wants to hear from you

Carlow GAA is looking for clubs in Carlow to put forward people men and women who are still playing and are over forty or even fifty.

Johnny Coughlan who is 56 and Tommy Kelly aged 61 from Clonmore GAA Club have made the headlines recently.

Also Kilbrides Jim Foley lined out in a senior football league Division five game against Old Leighlin and even scored a goal. Jim is 53.

Martin Dermody from Ballinabranna holds the record as a player playing his last game when he was 69.
