Carlow Dragon Boat Club had a fantastic weekend in France for the EDBF European club crew Championships.
On Friday the club won gold in the Premier Womens 2000m race, while yesterday they added silver in the 500m race.
Carlow Dragon Boat Club Captain Elaine Roe says that they did exceptionally well at the weekend.
Speaking to KCLR after winning both Gold and Silver in The EDBF Europena CHAMPIONSHIPS in France at the weekend, Elaine says that it was a special feeling.
Elsewhere Carlows Jack Keating helping Ireland to five gold medals at the Coupe de La Jeunesse in Belgium.
Ireland finished third on the medal table.
