Highview Athletic Player Manager Dean Broaders says they are hopeful of progressing in the Premier Division further and getting in the mix among the big trio of Evergreen, Thomastown United and Freebooters.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Pat Maher Shield last 16 clash against East End United, Dean says they keep progressing each year.
“The goal I suppose, and we will keep quiet for the time being, but I suppose every year what we try to do is just progress that little bit further.
“We have done that over the last three or four years.
“Even getting to the Premier and finishing 4th last year after coming out of Division One is massive progress for us.
“It’s getting in the mix with the big three this year is the aim and we will see where that takes us at the end of the season,” he said.
