Eire Og Senior Football Manager Joe Murphy says they won’t be successful in Portlaoise on Saturday night against the Laois Senior Football Champions unless they produce their best performance.
Speaking to KCLR, Joe says that Portlaoise will be a step-up from the Kildare Champions Sarsfields.
He said “We will have to be better, we will have to improve from our last outing and that’s the challenge in this competition, that the longer you stay in it, what was good enough the previous day won’t be good enough in the following round so we are very aware of that, and we know that we have to sort of bring our best performance over to Portlaoise or we won’t be successful”.
