English Premier League

Premier League clubs met today to back the latest phase of ‘Project Restart’ today, which will allow players resume contact training in groups of up to 12.

Squads are now able to train as a group and engage in tackling while minimizing any unnecessary close contact after the consultation with clubs, players, managers, the PFA, LMA and the Government today

A start date of June 19th or June 26th is expected for the resumption of the Premier League however discussions are ongoing as work continues towards resuming the season, when conditions allow. Remember the initial return date was April 4th so things can change.
