Bagenalstown Gaels manager Hamish Beaton says he’d have taken the hand and all off of you if you told him his team would be playing for a place in the Carlow Senior football knock out’s.
They face Rathvilly on Sunday in the championship and both teams have three wins each.
Hamish told scoreline that they’re coming into the game with a lot of confidence.
“They’re a young team, they’re hopefully growing in a bit of confidence and there’s nothing like winning to keep lads ticking over,” said Hamish.
“We’re delighted with the way they’re going at the moment and next weekend hopefully ourselves and Rathvilly will have equally as good a game of football as the last one”.
We have live commentary of the game with thanks to Tile N Style, Graiguecullen, Carlow.
The other game on Sunday sees Ballinabranna take on Mount Leinster Rangers.
