The TV cameras paid a visit to Oak Park recently to have a chat with some of the members and stalwarts of Carlow Rugby Club.
It’s part of a new initiative by Leinster Rugby which is focusing on the clubs that are the heartbeat of the sport within the province.
It’s called “12 Counties, One Club” and each edition will focus on a club and some of the stories that make that club so special.
Carlow got the honour of being the first club to feature on the film which is being shown on Leinster’s YouTube channel.
As well as featuring on Leinster Rugby TV, an article on Co Carlow FC also appeared in the official matchday program for the Edinburgh Rugby game in the United Rugby Championship and the club will have a visit from Sportsfile, the official club photographers of Leinster Rugby.
