Former Kilkenny goalkeeper David Herity says that Brian Cody will look at the video evidence several times from the All-Ireland Final defeat to Tipperary to try and rectify the mistakes that were made.
Brian was re-appointed last night for a 19th year, and David says that Brian will study carefully the downfall that contributed to their All-Ireland defeat in order to try and succeed in 2017…..
“He will identify some reason why so much space was able to be created in that final and just his training, because he will know once again if he is to succeed next year that meeting the likes of Tipperary will at some stage inevitably happen so he is going to have to counteract at some stage so he will be back”
“He will be looking at the video evidence several times I would say several times from now until January and make sure that Michael Dempsey then his head coach organizes training throughout the year to try and rectify those mistakes”
