Dunnamaggin Under-21 selector Noel Hickey says the motivation of losing the County Final the past few years will be a driving force on Sunday.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Under-21 Roinn B Final against Tullaroan, Noel says they are under no illusions about the task ahead.
“Look, they are a strong team alright. I saw them in the Northern Final against Graigue-Ballycallan so look they have good hurlers right throughout the field and we are under no illusions it will be a tough match. You get your knocks and you lose matches, but I suppose how you respond from them, so look we are looking forward to it, as much as Tullaroan we would love to win this County Final and I suppose it is a driving force that you did lose the ones the years before so hopefully that will be helped by the lads on the day”
