If you’ve ever been curious about the place of nutrition in combat sports, wonder no more.
This week’s All Things MMA sees Kilian Doyle of KD Athletic Performance join the conversation. A graduate of IT Carlow’s strength and conditioning programme, Kilian’s been working as a performance nutritionist with elite athletes in combat sports and other fields for a number of years both in Ireland and overseas.
As it happens, he’s also been working with co-host Myles Price on his fight camp nutrition and overall strength and condition to see him through his training and preparation, including his appearances in recent years for Brave CF and Bellator.
