Kilkenny Senior Camogie manager Ann Downey expects Thomastown to be that little bit too strong for St. Martins in Sunday’s Leinster Senior Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Anne says that while Thomastown are a formidable well rounded outfit, she thinks it will be a close game.
“St. Martins coming out of Wexford and JJ Doyle is in charge of them down there and he won’t be leave any stone unturned to win a Leinster, especially the first year winning a Senior down in Wexford so I think Thomastown are going to have it all to do but they have some great players in the Farrells, four Sisters, and Jenny Reddy and the Donnellys and I would expect them to be that little bit stronger than St. Martins and oif course it will go down to the wire”
