Kilkenny Camogie’s Aoife Lanigan has been named the Camogie Association’s PRO of the Year.
The award, one of three of the association’s Mick Dunne Memorial Awards recognised the vast amount of work by Lanigan in the role for the 2020 All-Ireland senior camogie champions.

Those awards, along with the Camogie Association’s Media Awards were announced on Tuesday and will be formally streamed online on Saturday 20 February in conjunction with the Camogie Association Volunteer of the Year Awards. It’s the 15th year of the awards, recognised the contributions of local and national press and volunteers in the promotion and development of Camogie.

- PRO of the Year – Aoife Lanigan, Kilkenny Camogie
The 2020 Camogie Association Media Awards’ recipients are
- Best Media Innovation – Women’s Hurling
- Digital Promotion – Sportsdaz
- Photography – Gerry Shanahan
