Ballyhale Shamrocks Senior Hurler Gavin Butler says they are back to reality after the celebrations of winning the All-Ireland Senior Club Final.
Shamrocks begin their 2019 club campaign against Clara on Saturday afternoon just three weeks after winning the All-Ireland Final, and Speaking to KCLR at last week’s Kilkenny Club Hurling Launch, Gavin says they have parked the celebrations and they are fully focused once again.
He said “We are getting back to it, we had a few celebrations, but it’s back serious again now, there’s not much of a break, but we will go again”.
Regarding the league itself Gavin said “It’s the same as every year, it’s kind of every team can win it, any team could beat you on any day, it can go either way”.
