Ballyhale Shamrocks have advanced to the St Canice’s Credit Union Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship final following their defeat of Tullaroan in Saturday’s semi-final.

A second half goal from full-forward Colin Fennelly proved crucial as Pat Hoban’s men kept their hopes of a fifth consecutive county title alive.

Only James Stephens stand in their way of that record-breaking achievement, with that final set to take place on Sunday, October 16th in UPMC Nowlan Park.
