Bennettsbridge Selector Seamus Moran says they needed to introduce the younger players into the set-up to progress at Senior level.
Unfortunately it seems Kilkenny Senior defender Enda Morrissey is a doubt for their next game on Saturday against O’Loughlin Gaels, but speaking to KCLR after Sunday’s victory against Erins Own of Castlecomer, Seamus says the pressure is off now ahead Saturday’s game.
“It’s not looking good for him(Enda Morrissey) but look we have young lads, we have (Conor) Murphy and young (David) Blanchfield and we have young Danny Coyne to come on there.
“We wouldn’t be too worried I mean O’Loughlins have a young team, I saw them last night(Saturday) so we wouldn’t be too afraid of them.
“The shackles are off we can go for it now for the rest of the year,” he said.
