Kilkenny Senior manager Anne Downey says they will have to be at their best if they are to defeat Galway in Saturday’s All-Ireland Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Anne says they have put in a massive effort since last October…..
“Yeah we had a great win over Offaly and we were disappointed with the way we performed in Freshford but Galway are a great side, very good individual players and we are going to have to be at our best to come out with a win on Saturday but we are looking forward to it and delighted to be back in an All-Ireland Semi-Final”
“They are just fabulous players, everyone of the girls, I mean the effort we have been putting in since last October is unreal and hopefully like with the two matches in Thurles, that we will have good support and we will be able to showcase our skills on the day”
