The pinnacle of the JJ Kavanagh & Sons Kilkenny junior hurling championship landed on Sunday.
Blacks & Whites, a side who have shown over the last three rounds of the championship that they never know when they’re beaten, headed to UPMC Nowlan Park to face a Windgap side who edged Dicksboro in a thrilling semi-final penalty shootout.
It’s all on the line for both sides with the winners making the jump to intermediate hurling in 2023 and progressing to the Leinster hurling championships in November.
Listen back to Adrian Ronan and Aidan Fogarty on commentary duty.
