The penultimate game of the opening weekend in the St Canice’s Credit Union Kilkenny Senior Hurling League saw Danesfort take on Mullinavat in Dunnamaggin.
Danesfort were making their return to the top tier, while Mullinavat were hoping to replicate their county title-winning form from their football championship campaign.
Adrian Ronan and Mark Dowling were on commentary duty with thanks to Tyreland, Cuffesgrange, Kilkenny.
