Kilkenny Senior Hurling Manager Brian Cody says there is no way they should be favorites for their clash this evening (Saturday) against Limerick in the All-Ireland Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Brian admits they have a formidable task ahead of them if they are to overcome the All-Ireland Champions.
He said “We shouldn’t be fancied to win the Semi-Final really”.
“We are playing the All-Ireland Champions and they are a top team, League Champions and All-Ireland Champions so they are just a terrific team so I mean to be fair, I suppose there hasn’t been great expectations for Kilkenny anyway this year in most circles but we are there now, a big challenge and it’s good to be looking forward to”.
