Call has been made for hurling fans in Kilkenny & Carlow to sign up for a “Gogglebox” style show with a twist

Bord Gáis Energy is searching for the most passionate hurling fans in Ireland to star in GAAGAABox. Bord Gáis Energy’s hugely popular GAAGAABox returns in 2021 for a much-anticipated second season. The search is on for #HurlingToTheCore families to take part in the series.

GAAGAABox, features the most passionate hurling fans across the country filmed in their front-rooms as they experience the agony and ecstasy of following their counties’ fortunes, is back for a second season in 2021. Hopefully this time from a KCLR perspective we will have a Kilkenny or Carlow representative.

The show was launched last year and its hilarious five-episode run attracted over 2.5 million views as it proved to be a huge hit with fans. With hurling mad fans not able to attend games and support their counties for the second year in-a-row, GAAGAABox helps to capture the all dramatic highs and lows of watching the big games, living every puck of the sliotar.

A call is going out for the craziest, most committed supporters in the country to get involved with the chance of becoming the stars of the latest series.

If you think you have what it takes for GAAGAABox this season, you can email [email protected] to find out more!

Just don’t watch it with any Americans!
