Carlow are through to the Kennedy Bowl final after they proved too strong for NDSL in Thursday’s semi-final.
UL played host to the last four tie once again and Carlow were on top form as they got the better of the team that eliminated Kilkenny on Wednesday.
Two goals from Hanover Harps’ Leon Fitzgerald and Slaney Rovers’ Callum Brennan were enough to see them book their spot in Friday’s decider.
They will face Limerick County in the final after their defeat of West Cork in the other semi-final.
Elsewhere, Kilkenny have lost their Bowl Place semi-final on a scoreline of 2-0 against Roscommon.
