School of Excellence
Meanwhile, following the success of last year’s School of Excellence run by Carlow Camogie, the initiative returns next month with another camp aimed at helping young players in the county develop their skills and expand their knowledge of camogie.
The camp is open to all registered players between the ages of 11 and 15 and comprises plenty of sport-related activities, workshops and quality coaching over four days from 8-11 August. Mount Leinster Rangers will play host this year with sessions running from 10am – 2pm each day.
Those interested should be registered by 24 July, with online registration available here.
