It’s county final day at Netwatch Cullen Park today with four teams all bidding to take top honors.

At 2.30 Mount Leinster Rangers will aim to dethrone a Myshall side who have bossed Carlow Camogie for years in the Senior Decider.

Both sides contributed to the Carlow panel this year who won All Ireland honors and there is no doubting the fact that the best two teams are in the Senior Final.

After dominating Carlow Camogie for well over a decade, its hard to see Myshall slipping up here, but nothing is impossible.

The Junior decider is a novel pairing this year with a newly formed Junior side Muinebheag taking on St Mullins.

Muinebheag got back going at underage level a few years back but this is their first season fielding an adult team.

It’s great to see new teams being formed around the county and is a glowing reflection of the work thats going in at underage level.

St Mullins have a nice blend of youth and experience and this also promises to be an intriguing final.

No matter what happens  Camogie is the real winner this year.
