Carlow senior hurlers will be out in action tomorrow when they take on Kildare in the Joe McDonagh cup.
Unfortunately for Tom Mullaly’s men , St. Mullins stalwart Marty Kavanagh will be missing after being dealt a huge injury blow that rules him out for the rest of the season.
Kavanagh’s form will be certainly be missed, with recent standout performances against the likes of Kerry springing to mind. He along with his teammates finished their National Hurling League campaign in style on a sun-drenched afternoon at Netwatch Cullen Park two weeks ago, as Tom Mullally’s men laid down a strong marker ahead of the Joe McDonagh Cup.
We wish Marty a speedy recovery but for now why not enjoy this tremendous point scored against Ballyhale Shamrocks in the Leinster final.
That game will be live on KCLR Scoreline from 4pm tomorrow.
