Having brushed past Mayo in round two of this year’s Christy Ring Cup, Carlow will be heading to Newbridge this Saturday afternoon to face Kildare in the quarter final stages.
Kildare will play this year’s quarter-final having been pipped by Wicklow at the weekend in a game that saw for Kilkenny senior hurler John Mulhall put up some good scores.
London saw off Roscommon on a 4-24 to 1-10 scoreline to set up the other quarter final clash against Down.
The winners of each game advance to face either Wicklow or Antrim in this year’s semi-finals.
Both games will play out this Saturday afternoon and we’ll have live coverage of Carlow v Kildare from Newbridge with thanks to Flynn’s Carlow Nissan, the home of Nissan in Carlow.
