Carlow Senior Hurling manager Colm Bonnar says whoever gets out of Division Two is going to earn it.
Colm has his first game in the National League in charge of the Carlow men this Sunday when they take the trip to Mullingar to face Westmeath in the first round at 2pm.
He admits they have a tough start to the League…..
“Well it is anyway. We are probably starting with a very very tough challenge of heading down to Mullingar and the following Sunday doesn’t get any easier”
“We are playing Antrim and Antrim are trying to get back up to where they have been under “Sambo” so it’s a tough Division and whoever gets out of it is going to earn it but as I said, I think we have put in a lot of work, we are very confident we are positive in our outlook and we will be able to work hard for the 70 minutes”
We’ll have LIVE commentary of the game here on KCLR with thanks to Reas of Bagenalstown.
