Carlow Senior Hurling manager Colm Bonnar says they are expecting a similar game at home to Galway next Sunday from what they encountered last Saturday night against Dublin.

Colm is confident they will give a good performance again next weekend.

Speaking to KCLR he said “Dublin won’t be any too far forward. They had a tight game with Galway like so we can expect something similar and it will very physical and it will be very tough”.

“We have a home game, so I am hoping the crowd will come out and support us because these Carlow lads are serious about their hurling, and they love to see the support here and people shouting them on because they have given it everything that they have on the field so we see a good crowd there on Sunday and welcome Galway”.

Colm said “They have been All-Ireland Champions only two years ago so to see them coming to Cullen Park, good times for Carlow hurling but only good if we can perform and perform to our capabilities”.
