Carlow Senior Hurling Manager Colm Bonnar says their hand will be strengthened greatly for Saturday’s night crucial National Hurling League clash away to Laois.

Speaking to KCLR after last Saturday evening’s to Dublin, Colm says the return of players who were unavailable last weekend will add much needed experience.

He said “Believe it or not, we will have an extra maybe seven or eight players available to us that weren’t available for this game so you are talking about the likes of the Ger Coady’s, the Eddie Byrne’s, the Diarmuid Byrne’s, the Chris Nolan’s, they are all serious players”.

“Having that we have to say we are very happy with the players that played there, their attitude and how they got stuck in, we can’t really without experience that we are missing at the moment”.
