Carlow booked their place in the division 3A league final after win over Kildare in the Very League Semi-Final in Abbottsotown on Saturday last.
For the first time since 2015, Carlow Camogie will contest a league final after they dispatched Kildare with ease on Saturday afternoon last in the GAA National Games Development Centre. Carlow is managed by Blacks and Whites club man Peter ‘Chap’ Cleere.
Carlow went into the break with a healthy six-point lead over the lily whites. The team is playing a new found confidence this year and a great mix of youth and experience is helping Carlow to get big results this year. They kept the pressure on Kildare for the second half and scored two goals to help them on their way to this year’s league final.
