Carlow & District League Oscar Traynor joint manager Eddie Shaw says they have a belief within the squad they can go all the way and win the competition.
Speaking to KCLR after their Semi-Final victory on Saturday against Sligo/Leitrim Eddie says the Wexford game gave them real belief that they could go all the way.
“Look, I think words can’t describe it, it really can’t. The lads put in an unbelievable effort.
“The 45 minutes in the 2nd half against Wexford, we had a belief that we could go on and win this competition, and so far so good.
“Zak was brilliant in goal, coming off his line catching a few balls from corners and long free-kicks, whatever it was, but in fairness over the course of the game, I think they deserved it,” he said.
