Carlow Senior Football Selector Tommy Wogan is quietly confident they can upset the odds and defeat Meath in Saturday evening’s Leinster Senior Quarter-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Tommy says a stiff challenge always brings the best out of the squad.
He said “It’s going to be a good challenge for the lads, but I always believe that these lads relish a challenge and relish a stiff challenge and I think it brings the best out of them”.
“Everybody is good to go, a clean bill of health, all good, training well, as I say working hard and just can’t wait to get on the pitch and get it done”.
