Marcus Lawler has clocked the second-fastest 200-metres in Europe this year.
The Carlow athlete retained his Irish Universities title in Athlone in 20-point-83 seconds – only Britain’s Miguel Francis has run fastest among European athletes this year.
Marcus says he’s hoping for a long summer ahead.
