So second to last week of training with Davy Jones Fitness.
It was a good way to start the week, which slowly went downhill training-wise after this
Week 17 training with Davy Jones included some personal bests
Week 15 training with Davy Jones and there was also a matter of completing the 5km everyday for January.

All things considered, it was a good week of training at Davy Jones fitness
13 is unlucky for some, and this week I was no different with Davy Jones Fitness
No pain no gain. That is what they say right?
So here we are, one full year training at Davy Jones Fitness.
