This week on the Clash Act Podcast we are joined by none other then former Westmeath footballer John Connellan.
John, who is a barrister by trade, has recently issued a document to every club secretary in the country titled ‘Fair and Equal Funding for all GAA clubs – Addressing the GAA imbalance’.
In this episode you’ll hear extensively about John’s efforts to have a more even distribution of finance around the GAA. How Dublin GAA & their allocation of funds, €16.6m in a ten year period, dwarfs that of other counties. While Eddie also provides some counter points to his fellow county man in this over hour long discussion.
