IT Carlow Basketball Head Coach Martin Conroy is delighted with how results have improved with the Mens Team over the past two months after a disappointing start to the season.
It’s a hectic weekend for the Mens Squad who play on Saturday and Sunday in Division One of the National League and speaking to KCLR, Martin says they have turned a corner.
“I mean after the first two games, we kind of got caught on the hop a little bit in the first game blending in new players, but we turned a corner.
“We played Portlaoise in our third league game in Portlaoise and we had a 28 point 4th quarter which just showed us how we could gel together and since then we have been playing fantastic Basketball.
“We are playing well, we are very happy with the way things are going,” he said.
