“There is great strides being made” – Cork Camogie Manager Paudie Murray on Carlow

Cork Camogie Manager Paudie Murray

Cork Senior Camogie Manager Paudie Murray says that the Cork Camogie Team are most likely going to be in transition having lost a lot of last years starting 15.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s National League clash at home to Kilkenny, Paudie is more realistic about their prospects this year with a very young squad.

“We are down probably 8 of last years Team so we will be a very young Team. I think the average age on Sunday is 22 years of age, I think the panel as a whole I think is 23 so we are a very very young side this year so I think this year for us is about development, and probably trying to give yourself two or three years before you have a crack off the big prize”
