Club of the Year 2022

As we race to the end of another bumper year of sport in Kilkenny, it’s time to ask you for your nominations for the David Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star’s Club of the Year.

Traditionally, we’ll draw up a shortlist and ask you to choose from one of a handful of standout teams and clubs over the year but this time out, we want to hear from you as to why your chosen club should be Club of the Year.

We’ve seen phenomenal runs from clubs in junior, intermediate and senior hurling, football and camogie. We’ve seen clubs take big promotions in rugby, seal huge cup wins, others sending athletes off to compete in Europe while others tear up the boxing scene producing champions of the future.

It’s been a bumper year for racing, golf, athletics, rugby, soccer, all Gaelic codes, tennis, volleyball, martial arts and more.

So now, it’s over to you. Take a minute out of your day, fill out the nomination form below and it could be you getting a call in January to say your club has been recognised as the overall 2022 Club of the Year. We’ll be gathering 2022 winners together in January before kicking off our 2023 campaigns.
