Gowran player Derek Delaney was crowned 2019 National Junior Stroke play champion on Saturday
Contested at the Ryston club in Co Kildare Derek played three great rounds of Pitch and Putt to claim the title while also becoming the first individual to be crowned a National winner for the Gowran pitch and putt club.
The win topped off a great week for the club as they also won back to back regional league titles last week and now go through the 2019 league unbeaten
