Kilkenny Under-20 Hurling Manager DJ Carey says that Laois have big expectations ahead of tonight’s (Monday) Leinster Under-20 Quarter-Final clash.
Speaking to KCLR, DJ says that Laois Clubs have proved they are a force to be reckoned with by their performances in the Kilkenny Minor Hurling Competitions.
He said “Laois are very good. Anyone that would be playing, their is a couple of Laois Teams that are in Minor Championships in Kilkenny for the last couple of years, and we know how good that Laois are and how good Laois are potentially”.
“We wouldn’t have seen much of Laois, but we know that they are very strong and we know that they have big expectations”.
