Shamrocks Ballyhale can’t afford to write off O’Loughlin Gaels before Sunday – so says Rower Inistioge’s Richie Leahy.
Speaking to Scoreline.ie, Leahy says surviving the Tullaroan test in the semi-finals may reap rewards for the city side this weekend.
“O’Loughlin’s (Gaels) beat us (Rower Inistioge) in Thomastown in the first round and that day they were on fire,” said Richie.
“Tullaroan put up a good fight against them but they weathered the storm and they got through it and they’re in a final now so I’d say O’Loughlins have confidence going into the game and Ballyhale wouldn’t want to be writing them off” he added.
