The Kilkenny U20 hurling team to face Dublin has been named for round 3 of this year’s Leinster championship.
With a defeat to Wexford and a win over Galway behind them, Mark Dowling’s side have home advantage this Saturday at 4pm to kick-start a double-header of hurling action with the seniors hosting Westmeath at 6pm.
Having featured against Galway, Billy Drennan is not included for selection, though didn’t appear on the senior team either due to a reported injury. Tullaroan’s Ted Dunne starts at left half-forward with Graignamanagh’s Ted Dunne full-forward, flanked by the Dicksboro duo of Cillian Hackett and Harry Shine. Captain Luke Connellan of Thomastown starts at 11.
