Former Irish and Leinster player Mick Quinn says that Dylan Hartley should get a severe punishment for his dangerous swinging arm to Sean O’Brien in last Friday night’s clash against Northampton.
Speaking to KCLR, Mick says that Dylan should get an even greater punishment off the field for his disciplinary problems…..
“I wondered myself was their some sort of previous going on there, because he seemed to pick him out and he just took a wild swing at him, but I mean it’s a very expensive one for Hartley, because he is going to get a long ban, there is no doubt about that”.
“Well I would say he lost any chance of been Lions captain and he has a fairly good chance of losing the England captaincy on this as well. You could nearly jail him, he should be in Portlaoise. He is just a thug, It was real sly and dirty and it’s not needed in the game so I hope he gets a really long one this time”
