Eire Og Under-21 manager Joe Murphy says they have reached Saturday’s Under-21 County Final on merit. They head to Netwatch Cullen Park at 2.45pm to take on St. Andrews.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturday’s Final, Joe says their semi-final performance was one of the best at club level this year.

“We played Michael Davitts in the Quarter-Final which was a close enough encounter. There wasn’t much between the sides.

We played a fancied Tinryland team in the Semi-Final which was probably one of the best performances of any team in the club this year so it was a difficult track to get there but we are there on merit.

They have earned the right to get to the final and see what happens Saturday”
