Eire Og Senior Football Manager Joe Murphy says this evening’s (Sunday) Division One Football League Final against Rathvilly will help begin focus ahead of the start of the Club Championship.
Speaking to KCLR, Joe says this evening’s match will act as good preparation before the Championship commences.
He said “At least it sort of focusing minds that the business is about to start in Carlow again. The last 6 weeks has been a bit of a phoney war, training, no games and a lot of your players sort of away on County duty”
“It’s just we incorporate everything back in, and focus in on getting our preparation right for the next 4 weeks before the Championship does actually kick-off”.
