Erin’s Own manager Joseph O’Callaghan says there will be no changes to their preparation as they gear up for the St Canice’s Credit Union Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship quarter-final against Mullinavat next weekend.
Following their crucial win over Glenmore in the relegation semi-final last Saturday, O’Callaghan expressed his admiration for his squad, highlighting their commitment and professionalism.
“Over the next couple of weeks, nothing changes. Same approach. The lads have been brilliant. We’ve been at this since last November, and the lads know what they’ve put into it,” said O’Callaghan. “They are an absolute pleasure to work with, and we won’t be changing too much. I’m just delighted for them.”
O’Callaghan emphasized that his motivation comes from seeing the players’ passion and hard work. “It’s not about how I’m feeling at all—just look at the lads going in there now, that’s what it’s about for me. That’s why I’m here.”
