Evergreen A Manager Gary Maher says he is not overly concerned about their form and inconsistent results in recent weeks.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Pat Maher Shield Semi-Final at home to Thomastown United, Gary says they have been competing against top quality opposition since Christmas.
He said “We are not overly concerned about our form. We have been in a position over the last few weeks that the opposition, the level of opposition we have been playing has been high quality opposition so it’s one like where we would have liked to win a few matches and we have been in good positions in matches”.
“We were 1-0 up in the Fairgreen and lost 3-1, we were 1-0 up against Ayrfield and lost 2-1 so the worry for us is that we were in winning positions, but we are not seeing out the games so that will be something that we will be looking to put right on Sunday”.
