Evergreen manager Packie Holden is happy with a home draw for Sunday’s FAI Junior Cup Quarter-Final clash at home to Killmallock.
The game kicks off on the Kells Road on Sunday at 2pm.
Speaking to KCLR at the recent draw for the Quarter-Final of the competition, Packie says they could have got even tougher opposition…..
“Ah happy enough to be fair. Everybody is looking for a home draw so we will take that yeah”
“Oh yeah surely, you are looking to probably Sheriff are the outstanding team, Janesboro and Carrick United were the ones probably we were looking to stay away from so happy enough that way, home draw but Killmallock well I know Derek McCarthy from a long time ago”
“Played with him for a little bit at Waterford United so they will be well prepared, very fit so it’s going to be a tough game”
