Mt. Leinster Rangers Hurling manager Brendan Fennelly says there is a great balance within the squad as they go in search of further Leinster glory.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Leinster Senior Club Semi-Final Semi-Final against Kilcormac-Killoughey, Brendan says the squad feel confident they can win in any venue.
“Yeah, actually, they are an amazing bunch of lads. They just love their hurling. I am probably the only who is whinging about travelling to Tullarmore there. They don’t mind where they go, they just love their hurling.
“Yeah, that’s a hard one – when asked about comparing this years panel to the 2013 Leinster Championship winning squad – it was all new to them at that time, I think this team that we have at the moment now, yeah they have a great balance of older players and younger players and I think we have some talented forwards there as well which is very important,” he said.
