Piltown’s Donal O’Brien says the first round of the championship can be a very nervy game for a lot of teams.
They’re in action against Windgap in a local derby tomorrow in the junior first round.
He says it’s knock out now so they have to focus.
He said “The first round can be an extremely nervous game for the teams, we’ve got knocked out in the first round over the last number of years on too many occasions, the league part of the championship is over, we finished top but it means nothing to us going into a winner takes all game against Windgap this weekend”.
